Despite the name, Lil’ Buddy is not exactly little.

Lil' Buddy came into our lives the way the best things do — unexpectedly, and right when we needed him most. He's small in size but enormous in personality, and he takes his role as Quality Control Manager very seriously.
He greets every client at the door. He checks in on sessions in progress. He approves (or disapproves) of every design with a look that says more than words ever could. Clients who walk in nervous walk out smiling — and half the time, it's because Lil' Buddy made them feel at home before the first line was ever drawn.
He's been called a therapy dog, a mascot, a good luck charm. We just call him family.

Every shop has its code. Ours was written (in spirit) by Lil' Buddy himself:

Dean, the founder and artist at Inside Ink, spent decades dreaming of opening his own custom tattoo studio. That dream was put on hold — not by choice, but by injustice. Dean was wrongfully incarcerated, and it was only through the tireless work of the Innocence Project of Florida that he was exonerated and given back what was always his: his life, his freedom, and his future.
Art never left him. Through everything, the creativity, the vision, the drive to create something meaningful — it stayed. And the moment he walked free, he got to work building the studio he always knew he would have.
